How Powerful is silver Surfer

Has Silver Surfer not already destroyed a galaxy on panel?

Unless I am thinking of someone else. I remember seeing a scan, Dr Doom looks on in shock and aw as a galaxy is reduced to nothing.

His attack potency is pretty much multi solar system .

There are a couple of questionable showings, such as Chaos wars, and Thanos Imperative.

1st in Thanos imperative, when he is fight alongside Beta Ray Bill, Gladiator, Ronan the accuser side. to what degree was he fighting?how much effort was he putting in?

I'm not saying that he is by the way, all I did was the post scan of Silver Surfer stating that misusing the Power Cosmic would lead to the destruction of a galaxy.

Surfer says a lot of stuff though. That's one of those statements you have to take with a whole bag of salt.

I think he is star level.

I Know I was Just curious. they were in a real tough situation, and to mean surfer was handling himself better than quasar, Ronan, BRB, and Gladiator.

I concur, under his normal power levels & w/out amps.

There have been others I'm sure.

I'm not a huge fan, so my intimate knowledge of Silver Surfer is somewhat limited.

@citizensurfer: Just plenty of stuff. Not that I dislike him but him saying something doesn't really make it anywhere close to true imo based on my experience reading his appearances. Which is prob around 100 comics that he's been in. He says a lot of hyperbolish type of stuff imo.

Silver Surfer does say a lot of stuff, but being hyperbolic isn't primarily one of them, so would you like to provide scans?

If you are referring to the instance in which he destroyed Tenebrous & Aegis then he wasn't amplified by The Crunch, he simply possessed the means in order to manipulate it.

Not right now. There are some things I would give credence to if he said them but something like that quote above are not one of them. He can get a bit carried away when talking about the power cosmic and often will get his ass handed to him after saying such things.

So that makes sense, because SS would solo the avengers, let alone Black Panther.

"How powerful" is kind of ambiguous, depends on the context.

Outside of combat Surfer's done things like create a Kugelblitz black hole, personally powered the Impericon and projected a energy wave across the entire universe.

However, in combat it's more difficult to gauge, he's of course destroyed planets on multiple occasions but his more impressive showings of power IMO, such as briefly stalemating Millennius while drained, overloading Uni-Powered Krosakis or harnessing the Crunch against Aegis and Tenebrous, these don't really fit into the scale the poll is set up for.

Nova, the weakest Herald, casually destroyed a star. He could easily destroy a solar system by black hole and I'd wager with energy blasts as well. By statements, galaxy. I'd definitely put him comfortably at solar system.

Silver surfer is certainly powerful. Some might think what you are saying is a bit of a stretch. Can you back your claims at all?
