How powerful do you think Robert Pattison's Batman will be?

So the trailer of the Batman just came out a day ago and I'm interested in hearing how powerful you think he'll be in the 2021 movie.

Above Batfleck. Below Baleman.

Didn’t really see much, but so far I’m thinking he’ll be sandwiched in between Affleck and Bale

He’ll be Baleman but in a comic movie setting. So more focused on skill and intelligence than strength and brutality. But with none of the limits of being a ‘realistic’ Batman. So unless he gets some REALLY good feats, he’ll probably be solidly above Baleman but new below Batfleck.

Can't see him getting too many decent feats, best result is that he's above Baleman and end of S2/Defenders Daredevil.

For what it's worth, he seems to survive some point blank small explosion in the trailer. IDK how impressive thst is exactly.

The movie looks so awesome and I’m super hyped. From a strictly comicvine battles perspective, it took him a while to take down a run of the mill thug. Characters like live action Daredevil, Arrow, and Black Widow could do that in maybe 2 hits/moves

He’ll be faster and stronger than MCU Thor.

Below both Batfleck and Baleman in both skill and stats.

Probably around Baleman's level. This movie is supposed to be very detective-heavy and takes place when he is relatively new in his role, which will likely result in him being skilled but not too powerful.

I agree with JaylinFreeman, watching the trailer gave me Daredevil vibes, especially after watching how brutal Batman fights in this movie.

S1 daredevil level going off the trailer. He’s fighting what seems to be thugs, not ninja or any kind of elite trained fighters.

Hope I’m wrong though. Would be nice if he was depicted as a master of every known martial art

According to anyone who puts even an ounce of logical thought into it. It‘s not any better in the comics either. It’s literally the type of thing you’d expect a 7 year old to come up with for a fanfic.

Theres not much room there to move. He looks as strong as a muscular man. The thug he punched was mostly out in one punch, which is hilarious cause he kept going

Lol, yeah I loved watching him just go apeshit on that guy. It was awesome and hilarious at the same time.

I feel like the thug was already out by a couple punches and the rest of the beating on said thug was just to make an example out him.

I think it would be most interesting to portray him like Earth One Batman. If the movie is supposed to be near the start of his career, then having him be more inept than the Batman that we know (even as far as the other films are concerned) would be interesting to watch at the very least.

More gritty, grounded, and realistic than Batfleck. Baleman level sounds accurate.
