In this particular video he is said to have walked Middle earth for 2019 years.

There is another video. Ian Mckellen say that Gandalf is 10,000 years old if memory serves me correct. could this be true or Hyperbole?

As a Maiar, Gandalf is older than time. The Maiar along with the Valar were the ones who sang creation into existence.

In his 'human' form as one of the Istari(wizards) though, they entered Middle Earth around year 1000 of the Third Age.

Frodo, Gandalf, etc. went over the sea at the end of LOTR, in year 3021 of the Third Age.

Gandalf is a Maia, basically an Angel (Ainur), but of a lower caste than the Valar, kind of like Seraphim and Cherubim etc. His spirit is as old as creation itself. Older in fact. He was part of the chorus that "sang" the universe into being.

He put about the form (fana) of Gandalf and walked Middle-Earth as one of the Istari for 2019 years before sailing West.
