@gokuss4z: yeah hes far faster than characters like Daredevil and Cap but hes probably on par with Gorgon an argument could be made that he's slower but at peak performance I think Pete's as fast.
I would not put Daredevil on a higher tier than Batman and Nightwing. Same tier at most. He has more bullet-timing feats, that's it. Batman has them as well, and as for Nightwing... even though he doesn't have actual bullet-timing feats there are statements saying Nightwing is slightly faster than Batman. At any rate, I've always seen DD's bullet-timing as being a perk of his Radar Sense more than anything else.
