Canon Vader is nearly unmatchable.

One Sidious still pulls a majority, though Vader is winning some rounds.

One Yoda can also beat Vader but at this point it seems they’re pretty much splitting. So I‘ll still say one, but two if you want to be safe.

Two Darth Mauls

Three Savages

Ahsoka? Ehh two might get the job done. They’ve been pretty clear that she’s an elite combatant

Obi-Wan: One loses in a good fight, and two is way too much, but still 2.

All the rest take at least 3.

In Canon Sidious, Vader, Yoda>>everyone else.

Sidious or Yoda solostomp.

Maul and Fisto can each solo. Maybe Mundi based on implied power.

Any of the remaining beings, minus Savage and maybe Ahsoka, can pose a challenge individually. Two of them will do it.
