The rocks that were zapped fall due to gravity. Thanos is as fast (slow) as he looks.

This is a lessor feat for Thanos. You can clearly see objects in the background moving in real time. Which massively slows down the feat.

Thanos has several other better speed feats.

At best this feat shows us that Thanos' has a great mind, able to predict incoming attacks and react appropriately.

Subsonic and that is being generous. The Gif is faster than normal. The lightning is slow. Thanos was already airborne for Dr. Strange before it even got to him. It shows good anticipation.

Thanos dodging lightning has nothing to prove cinematic timing. stranges lightning also has no feats to prove its lightning speed. To say this is anything other than it looks is headcanon

there is no way to tell since there is no real world comparison. It’s not lighting or electricity. It’s magic.
