I use the manga for the feat instead of the anime
In manga i scale Piccolo feat to 10% SoL based off Geat Ape Gohan mushroom cloud
A mushroom cloud takes 10 seconds - 10 mins to start disappearing and dissipate. It Obviously isn’t not as long as 10 mins for Piccolo feat so I go with 10 seconds. Which is important because the feat happens within this time.
Great Ape Gohan fires ki blasts
Piccolo then shoots his Ki blast at the moon while great ape Gohan mushroom cloud is forming
Below you can still see Great Ape Gohan mushroom cloud from earlier disappearing
which makes sense
a casual manga reader can read this all in around 10 seconds
So scaling off the mushroom cloud which is visible before Piccolo attacks moon and just now disappearing after he destroyed it
We get Piccolo at 10% SoL / Rel speed
With power levels Raditz (1500) being around 4.66 x Piccolo (322) with weights Raditz being 46.6% SoL almost at 50% SoL

1. This is about Nuke's mushroom cloud, this was not a nuke, making it meaningless instantly, on the first step.
2. That talks about how long it takes to stabilize, reach its peak, that clearly did not happen here
I never said that was the time it takes to disperse but the time it takes to began to dissipate right after stabilization
Oozaru Gohan attack forms a mushroom cloud it takes 10 - 20 seconds for a mushroom to reach its peak
Oozaru fires two new blasts and the same mushroom cloud from earlier is still visible right before piccolo fires his attack at moon
Piccolo destroys them moon and when its finished and he touches the ground you can see the mushroom cloud from earlier from oozaru Gohan first attack has began to dissipate which can happen immediately after stabilization depending on the altitude and wind of area
There isn’t any mushroom cloud shown at all In the anime in fact the anime blasts In this scene seem to be less destructive explosion wise. But there is still smoke visible even after piccolo has flown away and left Gohan to train in anime so yes using anime of 3 seconds is useable but the manga has different scale sense before even piccolo fires his attack the mushroom cloud has stabilized and when he fires his attack and it destroys moon the cloud began dissipating

Frieza can even react to dragon balls that traveled to other galaxies in a minute. Even weaker people than him like Goku were too fast for Scouters to track, the same ones that tracked MFTL+ space ships.

and another thing in the above picture vegeta keeps his ki suppressed until he attacks and when he attacks he instantaneously raises his ki and when the attack is over he again goes in suppressed state
this means his ki signature is significantly high for just an instant but scouters need time to register a ki signature this is why scouters are not able to detect veget's energy I don't know what it has to do with speed

Not true that is only the only way to scale their timeframe in anime itself is toei which has stronger and faster characters than their manga counterparts anywase
Nuclear explosions are used and referenced all the time when comparing calcs and radius and range of explosions n plus what I am using is the fastest version of a mushroom cloud the slowest is 10 mins to stabilize
Just because the power isn’t created by a technology bomb doesn’t mean their energy explosions cant perform or act on similar terms and range minus the radiation and heat a bomb would perform
Even tho oozaru blasts here looks instantly it’s actually at least 10-20 seconds since that is time it takes a mushroom cloud to stabilize and form into the mushroom looking cloud below
The oozaru explosion was still stabilizing before piccolo aimed his beam at the moon as it takes 10-20 seconds for a the fastest mushroom cloud to stabilize
After the moon was destroyed the cloud has began to dissipate
An early fallout of a explosion can began immediately depending on the height, altitude, wind in the area

@eredin12: Well it pretty much means, exceeding the speed of light. There is no difference between FTL and FTL+. FTL+ would just be MFTL, unless you want to get technical and suggest FTL+ would suggest a character moves 2-10 times the speed of light, while MFTL is beyond that.

Toriyama is drawing these explosions that look similar to Nuclear mushroom clouds even tho they obviously are way more powerful in power but less potent in heat And radiation comparison
