How do you beat Deadpool?

Deadpool's healing factor makes it sound like he's unbeatable and unkillable, but is he really? I'm going to start buying Deadpool books and looking into the character myself, but I'd like some outside opinions on this. What does it take to kill Deadpool? Or can you only really hope to beat him temporarily?

I don't know if you can kill him, but I figure if you encase him in concrete, or even better, dump him into a casting mold and fill it with molten steel and let it cool, he's not going to be bothering anyone.

Drown him? Drop him in lava? Throw him into the sun?

Have a zombie bite him, zombie virus neutralized healing factors, the 616 version was infected with the zombie virus and he lost his healing factor. Have people like Wiccan and Scarlet Witch erases him out of existence.

Deathstroke knocks him out. Whilst knocked out, have him locked up in something too strong for DD to get out of. He ain't going anywhere.

Have him smashed between two worlds during the prelude to a giant crossover event. :P

@usha: Not that easy to knock him out. Evan pulled his head off and he was still conscious.

@spitfirepanda: Anyone like Doctor Strange or Thanos might be able to wipe him out.

Bump. I've got two more questions on the subject, and if anyone with good scans is reading this I'd love to see a response.

My question: Do most of Deadpools craziest feats of regeneration come from the time he was cursed by Thanos? I heard that was removed. Is his healing factor still just as crazy in current marvel comics?
