Dying. That's like part of the reason we have so many relaunches from the Big Two in the first place in less than a decade.

Comic sales fluctuate & they're far from "dying". My LCS is always full on Wednesdays.

Pretty low overall. Granted online sales mean its harder to track now since the only source for sales can't factor them in. Still overall the sales are decreasing.
