Depends. Since Harley is now Harley 24/7, I say no jester suit. Thing looks hot and uncomfortable. But back when she was with Joker and had a secret identity, sure, jester.

Both have pros and cons. Jester works better for cartoons, anything for younger audiences and adaptions where the Joker is presented as well-kept and formal.

In live action without Jester costume looks better but her bleached skin basically inevitably makes her look really cheap.
