Looking for something to read from marvel. No hulk or wolverine please
good marvel comics to read
I love 'Punisher Max Series'.
Miles Morales: the Ultimate Spider-Man - Written by Brian Michael Bendis/Art by David Marquez
Ultron Unlimited" by Kurt Busiek and George Perez.
I really liked the Marvel now Anita Blake, Carnage Vs Venom, Avengers: X-Santctum & Cable & X-Force, currently reading Spider-Man: The Gauntlet.
Not a big lsit as been trying to add more Marvel titles to my list also. Hope this helped.

You gotta be a little more specific.. It's hard to say because I don't know what you like.
@testament: I haven't read much marvel really. Mainly a DC guy but I like firestorm/captain atom, martian man hunter, hal Jordan, aquaman to name a few
Nextwave, older All New X-men, Earth X, Astonishing X-men, Superior Spider-man, New X-men (stuff by Grant Morrison), Ms. Marvel and All-New X-Factor are all that come to mind at the moment. I'll post more if I think of anything else.
EDIT: Also Punisher issues 25-30 (the story arc is called The Slavers) and Punisher: Warzone. If you can track it down the Bendis run of Daredevil comes highly recommended.
So pretty much a good start is x men, punisher or spiderman seems to be the answers I'm getting from this. Any good Galactus story arcs anyone can point me to?
@guru_crack: I have carnage vs venom and really liked it

X-men comics in general are not a good place to start. The ones that have been mentioned are worth reading, as are a few others if you're into that kind of thing, but just starting with X-men in general is a bad idea (it's also how I got into reading comics, you'll want to wait a bit before getting into them).
@squares: thanks for the heads up I'll probably start with spiderman then.
