Pretty accurate, and an awesome quote. It originally was "When God didn't like what he created, he washed it all away in 40 days and 40 nights. I will do it in three".
But to give credit where its due, it was Ultimate Magneto who said it.
I just personally thaught this was hillarious because even before I read this, I imagined that's EXACTLY what I'd say in that situation. (For context, he's watching a super human kick all the minions asses on a monitor)

Dreaming Celestial. You can pick up just about anything he said in Neil Gaiman's Eternals and it will be as awesome.
