PREMISE: I will use debate my last resort arguement today & prove SS4 Goku is 7D Arguement:

Boohan's Vice Shout according to the anime scale exclusive guide states his Vice Shout has Universe Potency thus . We already know Goku shook Hell but I'll leave the video here anyways. Also Hell is the equator of the Macrocosm thus making it another feat as well.

So he goes from 4D to 5D to 5D to 6D. Goku is stronger than that Super Saiyan 4 in Base as he became on par if not greater than Omega Shenron's Minus Karma Power Ball. This makes Goku 6D. Super Saiyan 4 Goku goes up by 3 Amps thus goes from 6D to 6d to 7D to 7D.
Arguement: 2 He says it was FORCE that stopped him. We know he was halted directly from the Revenge Death Ball itself. There is no evidence of "hax" used as this is just a giant terrorist bomb made of Ki. While it's true teleportation isn't real neither of us could breakdown the science to the atom but rather use logic about how it would realistically work; in Dragon Ball however when teleporting you exit your Dimension and enter the dimension of your destination by traveling through Dimensions. This is seen here as Kabito Kai is traveling through "Between Space"(i got the name from transformers, cool huh)on his way to the Realm Of The Kai's. Between Space is basically the space between Dimensions & this is mentioned by the Toonoki, shown by the God Of Creation's travel, & shown when Goku is floating there. In M7 we see Instantaneous Movement used & we see Goku & Cooler TRAVELING
This is evident enough that you do travel when conducting Instantaneous Movement.
