Goku is universe buster?

Real question to you guys.I'm pretty rusty on DBZ but isn't the Spirit Bomb designed to only hurt evil or something along those lines? Again, I genuinely don't know. He just never seems very concerned about aiming them at planets.

No he could destroy a small galaxy at best but he would expand all his ki and die doing it.

nope. the spirit bomb is formed by other life force and can then be used to destroy anything but is limited to the size of the spirit bomb in other words, it can destroy the whole multi verse, but no one would ever give goku that much energy for sake of PIS.

I reckon Goku will end up drawing energy from all the different universes at some point to beat the final villain in the series, dunno if it'd be strong enough to destroy a universe though, probably only a galaxy or two.

This is the reason , I am beginning to hate dbz . The characters are not given enough feats and we are left wondering what they can or can't do .

QFT. It's annoying because you'll barely see anything in the manga or anime, yet they go all out in the video games when it comes to feats.

Goku's universal feat is a massive outlier to his other showings. If he is universal then, Thor is Universal because one time two versions of himself sent shockwaves throughout the entire universe. Hulk is multiversal because he brought unimaginable destruction across an infinite number of dimensions. Superman is a limitless being capable of shattering nigh omnipotent beings by flying through them like how he did to Soulfire Darkseid. You see how stupid that sounds? We should go by what characters consistently show, and not by outlier feats.

It's undeniable at this point.

Scaling above or equal to characters that have been shown or stated multiple times to have universal output. Beerus is one of them.

Goku has gotten way more powerful since his first fight with Beerus, and he's mastered a technique Beerus still struggles with.

Not to mention the feat of them almost destroying the universe in said fight.

@perpendicular: I don't know if Goku mastered UI in the Manga because I'm not there yet, but he certainly mastered it in the anime.
