1: Base Goku in the Friezer saga can bust planets with ease, and that's with a power level of like 180,000. Final Goku ssj4's power level is 5,000,000,000 - which is 27,000,000 times greater, although it actually isn't because every increase in power level by 1 is the same as increasing the previous power two fold, so to find the real difference it would be something closer to 180,000 to the POWER of 27,000,000. That's significantly larger than a googleplex, like, thousands upon millions of googleplexes.

And I mean SSJ1 Goku beat frieza who's a Galaxy Buster, and SSJ 3 Goku beat Buu who as universe busting (don't try and dispute this, he can collapse realities and very nearly did), and Goku's power level was then 550,000,000 (ssj3), which is still nearly a 100,000,000 difference from end Goku's power level, even though as i said early power leveling is cumulative and so would be SIGNIFICANTLY greater than that.

Final Goku ssj4>>>>>>Ssj3>Buu=Universe busting.

Yeah so basically Goku is no where near universe buster level in terms of sheer power but he could cause the universe to basically collapse on itself. I wonder why Whis didn't give a shit that the universe was about the be destroyed though and try and stop Buuhan, if Buuhan was successful in destroying the universe then Whis would have died too.

@oznaug: Buu is not a universe buster. He would of destroyed the universe one planet at a time, not all at once. His best feat is destroying Earth. Beerus is a confirmed star buster by Whis, so I would say Goku is also a star buster. Whis also said if Beerus is mad enough he would even destroy Pluto, so basically he is a solar system buster. I would say Goku is also probably a solar system buster because of this. When Cell said he could destroy the solar system that may have been a bluff, so I won't really go into that. If Goku used a spirit bomb that depends on how much energy he gathers, it doesn't really matter how strong he is. No dragon ball character is a universe buster at the moment.

Cell probably could destroy the solar system, I mean the Z fighters have shown they're pretty good at measuring their opponents level of power and they seemed to believe that Cell did in fact have enough power to destroy the solar system.

@gustofwind: I could see Cell being a solar system buster, but there really isn't enough proof to say that he definitely is either. Also the kamehameha multiplies the users power level, not to mention he charged that thing for like a minute straight, lol. However the universe is way bigger than the solar system. I don't know about the dragon ball universe, but in real life there are billions of solar systems in a galaxy, and billions of galaxies in the universe. The solar system is nothing compared to the universe.

Goku could destroy the universe in the same way Buuhan could by ripping a hole in the fabric of space and destabalizing it, it's basically the same as saying Goku has the power to destroy a house by knocking down it's support beams but he doesn't have the power to destroy the entire house through power alone.
