GAL GADOT - TOO SKINNY OR NOT?

She was too skinny in that above Fast and Furious picture, but she's been bulking up since then, and seeing her in the WW costume, I say she looks good.

Can I please see where people got this buff/muscular interpretation of WW, because I've never seen it; not in any cartoons, not in Linda's WW, not in many comics<though I've haven't read many>, honestly the only difference I really see is that WW is more curvaceous to Gal. That's it.

I'd perfer she had put on just a little more muscle, but she still looks good to me.

The problem with the ideal look for Wonder Woman is that she has been every shape and size. Be it muscular, skinny, athletic, curvy or a regular body type.

that picture isn't flattering to her she is a gymnast and a crossfit monster. google her and look at that stomach and the cuts in her legs and arms. she is just a small girl and but if you look at hers or any gymnast back you wouldn't doubt, athlete.

Lynda was 40 years ago. Reeves wouldn't cut it as anyone's Superman today.

if you like the Gal girl face cool, i like it too. but don't act like her body is superior/on par in the vicinity of Kacy's

I prefer a taller, more muscular Wonder Woman, but I think Gadot looks fine. I'm much more concerned with her acting ability as I've never seen her in anything.

i like it (even if she is skinny for me personally) . she has that deceptive-frail-until -she-causes-major-buttwup look . cannot wait till i see her in action

Ignorant is right. Kacy hasn't been cast as Wonder Woman lol. There are more threads about people whining about the people whining she's too skinny. The movie is going to come out. It's going to be awesome. GTF over it.

Gadot looks better now that she's been lifting but she still doesn't have the right look for the role.

I don't think it would matter, so long as the movie delivers character right.

I still say she is going to suck, but she looks good to me. She added a lot of mass, she doesn't need to be as big as Cavill and Affleck, she just needed to be bigger than she was in Fast 5.

I think she looks great and totally badass. I don't see the "too skinny" thing that people are saying. In fact, making Wonder Woman too buff would be strange looking to me, she has super strength and super powers, she doesn't need to be super built like Batman and Superman.

Do people think that these pictures of Wonder Woman from the comics are "too skinny"? Because I think she looks alot like them

@jphu8414: she's way bigger than gal in those pictures, especially the second one. She doesn't need to built like supes and bats obviously, she just needs so muscle mass and to be toned.

@jphu8414: Yeah, she got a lot bigger to me. When she got the role, I though for sure that Amy Adams could take her in a fight--she was that skinny. Now, I think she looks tough enough.

She's a lot bigger than Johansson, she looks like she could take on people in a fight. Do people want her to be a body builder or something? Cause that's not Wonder Woman, that's Barda.

as WW, she doesn't look perfect........but she looks alright.

@jayc1324: Not that much bigger in my opinion, plus the movies still 2 years out. We still have some time, she's almost there in my opinion. Those pics were to just show people that Wonder Woman isn't the massive, bulked out person some people apparently think she is.

The problem is there are not to many white women made like wondy so even less actors. and you dont need to flood me with pics of white women with paid for body's everybody knows the majority of white girls are skinny and bony. not an insult just an observation.

I have never seen Wonder Woman to be "buff" so I do not understand the hate for Gabot being "too skinny." When has Wonder Woman ever looked 'buff'?

2nd, as someone has stated Superman and Wonder Woman are both ridiculously strong where they do not need to work out. Therefore, Clark can look like Spider-Man and be able to move planets. They are not average humans. Batman is the only one who has to be fit with his origin. (+)

Eh, pretty much every version of Superman in modern times is drawn to look like Arnold Schwarzenegger in his prime. Spider-Man is kind of an exception among male heroes physique wise in that he looks fairly normal and that's mostly due to the fact that he's supposed to be play the normal guy.

Yeah, he's freakishly lean, but in terms of overall mass he isn't like guys like a Superman or Batman whom have biceps and such bigger than their damn heads.

She looks ok, I dont get why people want her to be buff. Thats not really attractive IMO. I would be concerned with the beauty of Aprodite (those darn greek names). I mean Gal is hot but she's not the most beautiful girl in the world like in the comics. But who could be that's pretty much why I dont mind her casting. I would love someone with much more bust though XD.

PS American Ninja isn't a show about competitors who are strong physically as in lifting the most weight. It is a show about competitors who are strong over all in great physique. I have seen many competitors who are built but I can tell they will not beat the course because they do not look agile nor having great balance.

I have seen competitors who look like they have great balance and are agile but are not that strong. Catanzaro looks to me like someone who is not that strong as in lifting the most weight. She looks like she is the best over all as in agile, strong, great balance, et cetera. Hence, I do not think she is a good example to point out how appearance doesn't define strength.

PLUS, I just read a post that claims Catanzaro is a Cross fit monster. A cross fit monster can not hang with a Body Building monster and vice versa depending on the challenge. (+)

Of course she's too skinny and she doesn't look like WW, no woman on the face of the earth has the perfect body WW has because no woman on earth was blessed with beauty from the gods lol. ok but that was about how Kacy isn't a stick figure girl. She is small but her body is crazy.

WW doesn't need to buff but always seen as voluptuous. as in drawing standing next to a human she is larger and more "developed" with defined arms

no description of Amazons in comics or writing had what we call skinny woman.

She's fine, she needs to be taller.

She's pretty skinny, and all of the pictures of WW in this thread look at least 20 pounds heavier than the actress. You guys don't get how woman's weight works u-u Nevertheless, I still am pretty excited for her and I still think that she looks awesome as WW. Besides, what really matters is her acting, not her weight. I'm looking forward to seeing how she portrays WW. :)

I think WW has a athletic body and probably should be a voluptuous woman

elisha cuthbert, kelly brook, olga kurylenko, ashley green etc. all look more like amazons(though some short)..if there was a Coco like body in Hollywood that would be my choice.

I honestly have no complaints about her. After the first official image of her as WW was released, my worries were brought down greatly. Currently, Wonder Woman is my last concern for Dawn of Justice.
