Franklin is on par with the Celestials, so can he beat Galactus?

The Celestials were going to make Franklin join their team since he is on par with them, so if he is on par with the Celestials he must be really powerful and many say the Celestials can beat Galactua so could Franklin do the same?

actually reed convinces galactus to turn into a star for some reason and then without galactus killing the celestial seeds inside planets the celestials run rampant through out the universe until reed convinces franklin who is in his fourth stage of mutation( which means his abilitys and appearance are determined by the beliefs of those around him)  into becoming galactus and killing the celestial seed in earth that is about to hatch and destroy the planet"

When he has conscious and full control of his powers, I would say that yes, he could defeat Galactus.
