FOX vs DCEU: Which Was Better At Demonstrating Comic-Like Superhero Feats In Live-Action?

Apocalypse was literally planetary level and Amped magneto to planetary level

And Phoenix stomped him!!!!

Quicksilver was consistently the fastest we ever seen on screen

And Phoenix timed him!!!

The sad part is Fox low balled the X-men and made them look dim witted

I mean toad almost solo'd the X-men how dumb

But thats what u get when u have an indie artist with no action background do comic fights

He also had no idea how to present the essence of the Xmen on screen but thats another story

FOX from the Live action shows to the movies is just better. You have casual reality warpers/entities like Shadow King, Legion, and Dark Phoenix, to planetary level threats like Magneto/Professor Xavier, to city busters like Apocalypse. They just operate on a higher level than the DC films

Does DCEU have better feats than MCU. MCU has FTL speed, people destroying moons, tanking star beams, etc. I don't remember anyone in the DCEU doing anything even close to any of the top feats in the MCU.

They literally had a celestial wipe a planet on screen.

What FTL speed from the MCU are you referring to? Also, who in the MCU tanked a star beam? What Thor did would not be considered "tanking" it. He was severely injured and nearly died. Saying he tanked it would indicate he emerged from it relatively unharmed/unscathed, which he did not.

As for some DCEU feats I thought were great:

• The train-toss into Supes at the bank in Man of Steel
• Supes punching that really tall dude far away and into a train (causing an epic explosion)
• Nuke to the face of Supes and Doomsday, Supes' recovery in the sunlight
• Doomsday leveling entire city blocks with his nova bursts (or whatever they are called)
• The entire Zod battle, which went was fought all the way up into orbit and back down again destroying city blocks, massive buildings, a satellite, and so on
• The World Engine leveling Metropolis, and Superman destroying the one
• Pretty much the entire Doomsday battle
• Supes/Dooms heat-vision duel
• Supers flying DD up into Space.
• DD chasing the Bat-Jet
• The Supes/Bats fight (had some great moments for Supes and especially Bats)
• Batman warehouse fight (showcased Batman's truly terrifying fighting prowess for the first time in a live-action film)
• Supes casually pulling that massive ship through ice
• Wonder Woman jumping into bell tower and leveling it (and basically that entire skirmish)
• WW rage-blitzing those goons at the end
• WW harnessing lightning her bracers
• Aquaman (in his movie) swimming the submarine up to the surface
• Aquaman summoning and riding that massive Karathen monster at the end
• Aquaman communicating with all the fish and using them as his army

I'm sure I'm forgetting some stuff from Shazam! and Whedon's Justice League.

At any rate, I don't by any mean care to get into a back and forth over who can list the most feats. That isn't my intention, and certainly the MCU has a much bigger pool to draw from. All I am saying here is that the DCEU absolutely has some impressive showings of its own, same as the MCU.

There's literally nothing in the DC films that come close to Magneto destroying multiple cities, dredging up ferrous metal from the earth's core, and being stated as capable as wiping away human civilization. Even Apocalypse destroying Cairo is well beyond anything Superman and Doomsday is capable of, and Xavier as well could easily just mind control them. That's not even getting into abstracts like Legion, Dark Phoenix, and Shadow King. FOX was multiple tiers above the DCEU in terms of feats and its not really debatable

Magneto solos.

Mystique's beat-up of that army camp was pretty comic-bookish

Xavier's cerebro was visualized beautifully

Quicksilver felt like a true speedster more than the flash

And that juggernaut punch, followed by Deadpool ripping apart - comic panels brought to life

no they didn't 😆 1 it killed life on the planet or so we're lead to believe 2 it had to use a stone to do it

who's ftl in the mcu and what's the feat?

If you mean thanos destroying a moon he did that with a tool not his own power

Thor didn't tank anything the "star beam" nearly killed him

MCU is better in portrayal of comic character, and plot, and action.
