Flash for sure. Post crisis characters have some ludicrous speed feats.

Flash is like octillion times faster than light whereas Mjolnir is at best 3-4 times faster than light.

If it's only New 52, Mjolnir wins, if Post Crisis is included, then I can't comment since I don't have enough knowledge on Post Crisis Barry, but he'd probably win.

What're unamped flash's best travel speed feats? Because I'm pretty sure the flash that did shit like travel faster than instant teleportation and across the universe did so while ridiculously amped on the speed of everybody on the planet or something.

Mjolnir has done stuff like move faster than surfer can fly[who i'd say is easily as fast as flash] , traverse dimensions, move fast enough to make stars flicker, cross the entire nine realms.
