First Inhumans review is in and it's.....

No one was really expecting much, when you have CGI that's worst than CW's, costumes and props that look like they were taken from a failed 1970's Sci-Fi movie, yes you're going to get bad reviews.

Marvel and everybody along with their mothers have been pimping out material saying it like Game of Thrones when the truth is they're full of shit.

And when you nerf a high tier character to the point he's street level lol.

Exactly what we all thought. I'm not going to bother with this one.

Marvel has gotten to arrogant and had too much success it's gone to their head. I think some of their work is regressing back to the time when Superhero shows weren't taken seriously so they either didn't put much effort into it or was written like a parody. Like what non fans think superhero stories are like and not how they actually can be.

Is this actually bad? Honestly somebody tell me please. Or is this like an iron fist situation where the critics bashed it but most people actually liked it?

Critics aren't always trustworthy. MoS had bad reviews but imo it was one of the best superhero movies I've seen. TDKR with Christian Bale had great reviews but I could only watch that movie once. I'll have to see for myself tbh

Not too surprising, but I'll still watch it of course. I like some comic book movies and shows that critics disliked, and vice versa.

The latest trailer doesn't convince me either way, so I won't know for sure until I watch it myself. Iron Fist Season 1 gets so much criticism, but I honestly think it's okay - maybe even better than Jessica Jones Season 1 which got nonstop praise. At least IF S1 doesn't have multiple episodes where nothing happens with the plot.

Scott Buck is the Zack Snyder of the MCU. He takes good concepts from the comics and makes shitty adaptions of them.

A full-on Kirby-style Inhumans show could have been amazing.
