Thor. He moved faster than iron man in QS vision, and he moved faster than Hulk in slow motion. He has the Bifrost. He has a freaking lightning cloak for Pete's sake.

Why is Dr. Starnge an option? He isn't an avenger. Although in astral form he's fastest.
