Faltine vs The Watchers

Excluding members of their race like Dormammu and Umar, how powerful are the Faltine in comparison to beings like the Watchers or the Celestials? What race in the Marvel Universe would you say they're equivalent to?

@jardinain2: in children crusade her powers are stemmed from her connection to the life force ..I think they retconned it . Dr doom was able to connect with the life force but didn't know how to control it... now my confusion with this isn't the Phoenix force technically the 'life force ' of the marvel universe?
