Captain Cold, Starman (Jack Knight), Doctor Octopus, Kraven, Robot & Iron Lad.

Most Batman ones, such as the Riddler, Two-Face, Scarecrow, Mad Hatter, etc.

Daredevil (If he counts), Elektra, Punisher and Kingpin. I would add Iron Fist, although like Daredevil i don't know if he qualifies or not.

Heroes: Daredevil (if you mean physical superpower), Captain America (just enhanced to human perfection, not superhuman levels), Red Hood (he isn't in bratfamily anymore, LOL), Moon Knight, Hawkeye, Iron Fist (chi is just a tool), Arsenal.

Punisher, Rorschach, Black Widow , Two Face , Elektra .... can i include Bane btw ???
