Superman is just about as vulnerable to magic as other non-kryptonian humans.

Its a different kind of weakness from Kryptonite.

Its not as if Superman is especially weak to magic compared to other humans, he simply just don't possess an invulnerability to magic like he does for physical force.

If that is 'Vulnerable', I would have to say someone with 'resistance' wouldn't even be tickled by it.
