Requip Magic
Erza's particular magic is called The Knight, and allows her to call forth weapons and armors from another dimension for her to use in battle:
Erza requips into a sword, a spear, twin swords, an axe, and then a broad sword all while fighting Eisenwald mages before any of them can hit her:
Erza requips two large swords in order to fight Jellal:

While wearing her Robe of Yuen outfit and trapped inside the outfit, Erza was still able to call dozens of swords into the air above Midnight and drop them down on him:

When she first awakens her magic, Erza is able to telekinetically lift and throw weapons around herself to take out magic guards, showing she also has Telekinetic powers:

Heaven's Wheel Armor
One of Erza's go-to armors. This armor allows Erza to create a ring of swords that floats around her in order to attack surrounding enemies:
Erza's attack, Blumenblatt, sees her charge past her opponent, slash them with her main sword, and then send in multiple other swords she had summoned to also strike the target:
Erza defeats dozens of Alvarez Empire soldiers with her Blumenblatt attack:
Erza can summon about a hundred swords to use:
Erza summons 200 swords and weapons in order to defeat Laxus' Hall of Thunder:
Probably by virtue of strength, Erza is able to deflect/defeat Erza Kngihtwalker's Gravity attack with nothing but her swords:
Blackwing Armor
Erza's Blackwing Armor is another armor she regularly uses in battles because it gives her flight and increases her attack's destructive power:
Erza requips into her Blackwing Armor to dodge an attack by Jose Porla, one of the Ten Wizard Saints:
Master Jose says that no mage had lasted as long as Erza did in her fight against him, despite her being low on magic power after defending Fairy Tail from the cannon Jupiter:
Erza destroys a large lacrima with her Blackwing Armor:
Erza, alongside Mirajane, destroys half of a large house while fighting Tartaros henchmen while using her Blackwing Armor:
Erza blocks two strikes from Kyoka's Etherious Form, which progressively made her stronger due to her Curse:
Erza defeats and blasts through dozens of Alvarez Empire soldiers:
Flame Empress Armor
This armor allows Erza to cut the effects of fire and flame attacks in half:
Erza uses her Flame Empress Armor to defend against Ikaruga's Garuda Flame attack, and although the armor is broken in the end, it still protects her from any of the actual fire damage:
Erza is able to tank Erza Knightwalker's Explosion magic by switching into her Flame Empress Armor, showcasing that her armor also weakens heat-based attacks and not just plain fire attacks:
Giant Armor
This armor increases one's throwing power tremendously:
With this armor, Erza can also summon the Evil Crushing Spear, which is said to subdue darkness:
Erza, with the help of Natsu's fire to propel the Spear a farther distance, was able to destroy the evil layer that was created over Galuna Island high in the air:
Erza uses her Giants Armor to increase her throwing strength, allowing her to throw a spear clean through about five large monsters:
Adamantine Armor
This is Erza's strongest defensive armor. With it, she was able to block the blast from the cannon Jupiter, which would have demolished the entire Fairy Tail guild. In the anime, she uses two shields to create a magic barrier:
In the manga there is no magic shield, she just straight up tanks the blast with her armor:
Erza's Adamantine Armor causes a large monster's hand to basically disintegrate after punching her shield:
Clear Heart Clothing
This isn't an armor, per say, but just one of Erza's requipable outfits. She uses two katanas to maximize her offensive output to counteract the fact that this armor/outfit has almost zero defensive capabilities.
With this outfit and no exterior armor whatsoever, Erza defeated Ikaruga in one slash. Ikaruga had previously destroyed the last three armors Erza attempted to use in battle with a sword that could "cut anything under the sun" and had never once been defeated since the founding of her guild, which should have been at least a few years:

With the increased attack power her Clear Heart Clothing grants her, Erza was able to oneshot a large meteor that was heading for Earth. She did all this with one arm, as the rest of her bones were broken by Eileen:
Lightning Empress Armor
Erza doesn't receive any damage from Laxus' lightning bolt after requipping into this armor, despite Laxus' lightning being strong enough to oneshot an enemy mage and cause great pain to Gajeel:
Erza can also use her own Lightning Magic while in this armor:
Flight Armor
This armor greatly enhances Erza's speed. With this, she was able to dodge an attack by Oracion Seis members Cobra and Racer, the latter who had just blitzed Natsu and Gray and uses magic to slow down his enemies:
Erza is able to gain a speed advantage in her fight against Erza Knightwalker by switching to her Flight Armor:
Erza uses her Flight Armor to blitz Azuma from a fair distance away:
Erza uses her Flight Armor to take out about four monsters in an instant:
Erza uses her Flight Armor's Spell, Sonic Claw, to blitz and attack Kagura from all sides of her in about an instant:
Robe of Yuen
This outfit has elastic properties which allows it to stretch without being damaged. Erza was able to use this advantage to prevent Midnight from wrapping her up in her own clothing:
Morning Star Armor
With this armor, Erza is able to channel power through her short swords to create a large blast of energy. The effect of the blast is unknown however, as Knightwalker used her Spear to dispel the attack:
By clashing with Erza Knightwalker, Erza creates a large sphere of energy:
Erza uses her Photon Slicer to attack Azuma and cause him pain before he complimented her on her strength:
Erza is able to produce a large flash of light while being held by Ajeel. The light was strong enough to allow Bisca to see it, even though she was hundreds of feet away and Ajeel had covered the entire town in a sandstorm:
Armadura Fairy Armor
It was with this armor that Erza, by clashing with her Edolas counterpart destroyed the floating island they were fighting on. The clash was strong enough to destroy this armor and Knightwalker's strongest spear, Ravelt:

Sea Empress Armor
Lisanna states that this armor allows Erza to "completely" nullify water-based attacks:
She can also use her sword to deflect water-based attacks, like she does against Juvia's Water Slicer:
Erza easily bats aside a monster's flame breath with her Sea Empress Armor's sword:
Nakagami Armor
This armor requires so much magical power that no one has worn it for the past ten years before the Grand Magic Games:
Erza uses this armor to slice away at Minerva's magic by slicing the space around it, causing it to disappear:
She then uses this armor to oneshot Minerva, a mage of Sabertooth who was stated to be stronger than Sting and Rogue:
Erza finishes off Ajeel with her Nakagami Armor:
Piercing Armor
With this armor, Erza carries a large lance that is taller than herself. This is what allowed her to stab Kyoka and send her flying through multiple levels of Tartaros' Cube, a large flying fortress in the shape of a cube:
Wingblade Armor
With this armor, Erza has eight large swords that float around her head and shoulder area, each one capable of swinging out and attacking an enemy at her so choosing:
Each of these swords can hit a target without actually needing to make physical contact with them:
Wind God Armor
This armor allows Erza to summon large amounts of wind, capable of blowing away the heavy amount of sand Ajeel Ramal summoned around her:
Her Wind God's Sword blows away more sand summoned at her by Ajeel:
With this armor, Erza is capable of using a Water Sword, which she calls the Sword of Poseidon, which allows her to strike Ajeel without her weapon turning into sand, like everything else that touches him:
Bunny Armor
This armor sees Erza wield two swords and from the looks of it focuses mainly on attack power, seeing as how they isn't really much "armor" to allow for defense. One of her attacks with this armor is called Black Scarlet Double Edge and was strong enough to harm one of the two strongest of the Spriggan 12, Eileen:
Erza can also apparently combine her two swords into one for an even greater destructive force, however when she does this against Eileen, she either enchants herself to the point where she isn't hurt or straight up tanks the damage:
Skill
Erza is able to defeat multiple enemies with only a few sword slashes:
Ikaruga, an enemy swords women, has a sword capable of cutting into Sho's Card Magic, which is said to be a different dimension. Thanks to her slicing at the trapped Erza, a distortion appeared in the fabric of space and Erza was able to cut that herself in order to escape:
Erza uses her feet to wield two extra swords. She then blocks Evergreen's Fairy Machine Gun after the latter doubled the attack. Erza then throws the swords with her feet to pin Evergreen to the wall at the shoulders:
Erza was able to identify the weaknesses in Midnight's magic after only a few exchanges with him:
Erza summons two swords and wields them in her feet to block a strike from Erza Knightwalker, then flips around, throws the swords in the air, and catches them in her hands to block another strike:
Erza stabs her sword into the ground to act as a push off for her to backflip and kick Lisanna into the ground:
Erza starts off her fight with the 100 monsters during the Grand Magic Games by sending out an AOE attack to observe her opponents' abilities and use that to determine which armors she should use to fight them. She then combined armors with different or specific weapons to combat specific monsters, switching armors at the exact moment she needed to as well as being praised by the First Guild Master of Fairy Tail, Mavis, who was renowned as the Fairy Tactician due to her help in formalizing battle plans:
Erza dodges a blast from Eileen, requips a sword to her feet, and then uses that to attack the female Spriggan. She then requips another one for her other foot and does a spin in the air while attacking:
Strength
Erza was able to dual wield swords when she was only ten years old and wielded a large sword with one arm:
Erza walks into the guild carrying a large demon's horn that she received as a reward for defeating the demon it belonged to. The demon had to be at least one town away so she was carrying this horn with her for a while yet shows no strain whatsoever:
In her Heaven's Wheel Armor, Erza cuts through the thick leg of Lullaby, a large demon summoned from dark magic. She did this while severely low on magic power as well:
Erza clobbers Natsu and sends him flying out of the guild:
Erza slashes Angelica, a humongous rat who weighed at least a few hundred pounds, and prevents her from body slamming Lucy, knocking her to the side:

Erza slices through Aria's Airspace, which was just causing great damage to Natsu moments prior. He had also taken the blindfold off of his eyes, which caused him powers to intensify greatly:

Erza clashes with Kagura's sword and Minerva's magic, which results in a massive shockwave:
Erza kicks Kagura through the edge of a stone bridge:
Erza is able to defend herself from Kagura's sword slash, which was capable of slicing through a town:
Erza gains the upper hand in H2H against Minerva, despite the latter becoming stronger due to being reborn as a demon:
Erza is able to defeat pretty much a whole army by herself all on horseback:
Erza slices through part of a flying ship:
Erza knocks back Ajeel Ramal about a dozen feet with her sword:
Erza slashes away multiple Alvarez Empire soldiers and then kicks one into a group of others:
This counts as a double strength feat. Erza, with all of her bones broken due to Eileen, is able to push herself up with her right arm only all the way to just below the cloud line to intercept a meteor Eileen summoned. She then oneshot the meteor with one arm and survived the subsequent explosion with no additional injuries:
The chunks of the meteor that were sent flying were destroying tall, rock spires around the battlefield. Mashima isn't the greatest at all when it comes to scaling, but I'll point out the FT Guild Hall compared/relatively compared to some of the rock spires that were destroyed:
Directly afterwards (on her way down to the ground from just destroying the meteor), Erza cuts a large and deep gash into Eileen's dragon form:
