Drusilla is a powerful vampire sired by Angelus, and the sire of Spike. Drusilla was born with psychic powers which caught the eye of Angelus who then worked relentlessly to destroy any shred of innocence she had. He stalked her, killed her family and convent, driving her to insanity in the process before turning her into a vampire. What was once a pure and chaste young woman is now a deadly and seductive creature of the night who revels in death and sex.
Visions
As a human, Drusilla was born with the power of ''Second Sight''. This allows her to perceive events before they happen.
Sees what Angelus plans do to her the moment she is introduced to him. Predicts the destruction of a mine. Sees fire hours before she and Darla are immolated.
Foresees Ethan's spell to transform everyone into their Halloween costumes and when it will occur.
Sees Buffy's possession by a ghost during the time of the Sadie Hawkins dance.
Not only sees Jenny Calendar's attempt to ruin her "family", but also discovers the location of the shop where she gets the Orb of Thesulah to do so.
Her visions can represented by a set of Taro cards. This includes identifying the location of the key to a ritual, predicting the three bounty hunters from the Order of Taraka the moment the idea is brought up, knowing when one of them dies, and discovering Angel's involvement in her restoration.
Drusilla can also see past events. This is shown when she senses the great fear felt by people hiding in a bomb shelter from 50 years ago by standing in the cellar that it was converted into.

With her sanity restored, Drusilla's sight becomes clearer. She sees the magical artifact connected to Angel's nipple.

Before they've even been introduced, Drusilla immediately senses the power of the Anointed One. She gets drawn to the power of Acathla's tomb when she reads about its discovery in the morning paper. When in the presence of Acathla's remains, she is overcome by his power.

Drusilla has the ability to hypnotize her victims with her gaze, a power shared by a few other vampires.
Immobilizes Kendra by making her gaze into her eyes. Even though Kendra tries to resist, she is unable to.
Casts an illusion in Giles' mind to make him see her as Jenny.
Enslaves a powerful Lorophage demon to keep as her pet. This is quite a feat considering Lorophage demons are resistant to magical control.
Strength
Drusilla is older than Spike, meaning she is stronger than most vampires.
Is strong enough to grab Kendra by the throat with one hand and keep her restrained long enough to hypnotize her. Grabs and throws Angel easily.
Snaps a girl's neck effortlessly. Knocks down a locked door off its hinges with a firm push. Kills John by ploughing her fist through his body.
Durability
Like all vampires, Drusilla has incredible resistance to blunt force trauma.
Gets crushed by a church organ moments after her restoration. While Spike is crippled from the waist under, Drusilla emerges from the ruins healthy and strong. Gets hit by a car while being thrown around by Darla, and gets up without injury.
Claws
Unlike most vampires, Drusilla utilizes her unusually sharp fingernails in battle.
Kills Slayers by slashing their throats. Claws at Angel which gives him bloody cuts on his torso.
Fights
Don't be fooled by Drusilla's appearance. Drusilla is a very capable combatant in her own right.
Goes one-to-one with the Slayer Kendra and ends victorious.
Holds her own against Angel, one of Earth's greatest warriors.
