I do think Deathstroke would definitely take Cap down in a fight, but I don't think that particular punch would drop him. Not enough leverage, and Cap has some very impressive blunt force durability.
Realistically if we just say Steve and Slade are similarly strong, than a flawlessly executed, uninterrupted hip slam like that, and followed by a square punch between the eyes, will indeed KO him. A fight is all about trying to land an attack like that and end it. So in a real fight, it's debatable whether Slade could actually get Steve in that attack with no resistance or interruption since they are similarly strong (unlike Ollie), but if we're just asking, WOULD that KO him, the answer is yes.

Realistically that type of attack should knock out someone of similar strength to yourself.
Wait, why is this always seen as a low showing for Oliver but not as a striking feat for Slade? Oliver tanked hits from pretty much every other Mirakuru user, including Grundy, Roy and Caleb, but got KOed by Slade.
