Does Theon Greyjoy have balls?

Alright, so we know that Theon Greyjoy had his penis cut off by Ramsay Bolton, but what about his testicles? It's come up as a point of discussion in a PM I'm in, and it's never made explicitly clear. There are things that could indicate he does and things that could indicate he doesn't, and I'd like to hear some opinions. Theon is still able to grow facial hair normally which could indicate he still has them, but @rogueshadow has said that it shouldn't make a difference. Maybe somebody with more knowledge on this could help us out here. Ramsay has made dialogue about cutting off Theon's balls, though. I thought they were definitely removed until the facial hair thing was pointed out to me, but now I'm unsure.

Help me out here.

He has balls that would put even the Mountain to shame. GRRM writes extensively about them for an entire chapter of 6-7 pages in book 4.

He should still have balls, but I guess the show writers decided he didn't so they could make a joke.

In the last episode the Iron Born guy kicked Theon several times in the nuts, and Theon laughed. So he has no balls it seems.

God that fight was so baaaaad, seriously even if he had no balls you wouldn't laugh off repeated knees from a grown man to your pelvis, that was beyond stupid. The rest of the episode was good but that scene was a 1/10, literally the worst 60 seconds of the entire Game of Thrones for me. I wish I could erase it from my memory.

In the books Ramsay never even castrated Theon, he’s still in a shit state with some fingers cut off and teeth knocked out but I’d rather be like that than have my carrot and broccoli snipped.

Some people have mentioned that he's been hit in that area and Theon doesn't flinch or anything. I remember that too and I guess Ramsay did cut off everything. Poor guy.
