No, it's the same thing as a bed you can shake a bed and yet you can't destroy it. This type of logic should apply to alot of things.

That really doesn’t make any sense, if your fist packs enough KE in J to one-shot a mountain, it wouldn’t just make a fist sized crater yet still be mountain level, the following would transfer all the way through and destroy the mountain, what you’re saying makes no sense in terms of science and logic.

My assumption is that when people say “level” they’re referring to AP, while DC would obviously equate to “buster”. So that’s a technical no to OP’s question since that’s more like a city level feat.
