Babs, they are made for each other. They grew up together, fought together and understand each other better than anyone (even Bruce)
While I don't hate Kory, their relationship would have never lasted. Dick (at least since the 90s) has always been in love with Babs. Plus, I think her ways are just too different for her to have a life-long relationship with a human.
I've always preferred Starfire
The Titans is where Dick truly grew into his own character, and their relationship reflects that

Let's make him hit on Black Canary.

Yup.
This is kind of like Hinata and Sakura for me, where I like both characters so I'd be fine with Nightwing ending up with either. That said my preference is for Starfire, especially after seeing the recent Judas Contract movie, which I think has been my favorite onscreen version of their romance so far (I like Starfire being written as less ignorant of human culture and still a warrior).
I prefer Kori. I like the idea of of Dick having a major relationship outside the batfamily. Same with Babs.
They're something almost poetic about a Suave cocky and down right good person Vigalante and a warrior kind hearted Alien princess

Honestly I was kind of disappointed that Barbra and Ted Kord never became a thing. I get why, they both just wanted to be friends, but I thought they could have a very interesting relationship between them.
@aros001: Always found that weird.
Isn't ted suppose to be around the same age as Bruce and other Jl members while barbra is almost half his age if not more?

@fearsinestro: They can share that Dick.

Yeah but they're both still legal adults and unlike with Bruce she doesn't have a mentor/father figure connection with Ted. They met each other anonymously online, got to know each other very well, eventually met in person and were both smart enough to immediately figure out who the other really was. Ted even helped out the Birds of Prey every now and then.

Dick isn't crippled
Ya know, I think the other reason I like Dick with Starfire is that while Bruce has always seemed to prefer his dark and dreary grounded part of the DCU over the amazing and fantastical, Dick has always jumped head first into the fantastic. This mindset is reflected in his boy wonder childish sense of wonder, his daring circus upbringing, his friendship/admiration for his uncle like figure in Superman (which is also reflected in him choosing the Kryptonian mantle Nightwing), and his close knit with the Teen Titans, who represent the best of the many fantasies of the DCU. I think being with Starfire also reflects that, as she is as far removed from the usual Batman style settings as you can get, being bright, sunny, and a full on super powered alien from a royal family.
This.
But of the options, only Kori's beauty compares with that of Dick's.
Either is fine...
Slight preference for Barbara.
@arlynsunalila: LOL
Starfire. Them being two completely different species but loving and understanding each other is what makes their relationship unique.

I got teary eyed typing that lol
Dick + Barbara forever

^^ both of these sentiments still hold up
In cereal, Dick and Barbara have so much shared trauma and experience. I grew up with New Teen Titans and Dick+Starfire, but he and Babs just have so much more meaningful connections than he has with Starfire.
Barbara
