Which of these sequels are you more excited for???

Doctor Strange because Derrickson already mentioned and alluded the idea of having Clea, Nightmare and even Eternity itself. These three factors are more than enough for me.
Ds, I want more magic and reality bending. I hope we get to see him control the elements (earth, fire, water/ice etc) he controlled wind in IW.
@andromeda101: I thought you didn't like MCU's Dr Strange because it was too PG-13?
Oh! There's also a high chance of getting the saga from Doctor Strange, Master of the Mystic Arts#10-13 adapted into live-action going by what Derrickson's been dropping in his Twitter and interviews, if so, it could expand the entire MCU's cosmology with the introduction of the abstracts such as Death/Eternity and many other realities like the Dreamland(Something I don't see happening in Black Panther, personally).
@TEFUKAM: Stfu. You lame behind haters literally all say the same thing, "Black Panther overrated" Guess what, it wouldn't be overrated without atleast being good. Doctor Strange is boring.
Also my thread was better
@mylittlefascist: I don't, but I'm willing to give it another shot.
@thanos_thebadas: No he didn't. You must think this avtar or something lmao

Hmm... Despite including Nightmare, I have my doubts MCU will try for anything more adult/horror styled. Although who knows, maybe New Mutants will be successful and they will want to follow suit?
@mylittlefascist: I hope they at least try with this one, because I'm totally giving up on the MCU if they have fricking Nightmare cracking lame-ass jokes.
On a side note, I still think this might be the perfect chance to bring Robert Englund to their cinematic universe as we already discussed about it. Like, who's better to interpret someone like Nightmare than Freddy Krueger himself? :P
@wonderbread: When’s that counter coming?

I thought you didn't want Nightmare cracking lame jokes?
@mylittlefascist: No problem in that if they're dark-humor ones like most Freddy did though(Which is another challenge for Derrickson, I guess). What I don't like is those juvenile puns/jokes from most of their movies, something I definitely don't see Nightmare doing.
@andromeda101: Eh, I am sure Nightmare's jokes will be a bit on the dark-side, though I am not sure if that will disqualify them from being cheesy.
If they can't get Englund, you have any other actor preferences for the character?
@mylittlefascist: Well, pretty sure Derrickson has to work within the parameters established to him by the Marvel/Disney's executives, so I might try to overlook the cheesy-factor for that reason.
I do think Willem Dafoe would make a great Nightmare, but I guess most people would want him as the Green Goblin again instead.
@andromeda101: Yea Dafoe would definitely work.
What about Luke Goss? Though personally I'd rather him be Morbius again, albeit the real Morbius this time.
@xzone: Thought about working on it tonight but im tired lmao.
@wonderbread: Pff get to work or ur gonna have to concede ;)
X
I am way more interested in seeing what they might do with Dr. Strange. Black Panther was a good movie, arguably better than Dr. Strange, but Black Panther himself is just another fairly generic Batman/Captain America style superhero. He fights good and has some good tech but his world is ultimately grounded in reality, however fantasized that reality is. I don't imagine we'll be getting anything especially new from him that we haven't seen before.
Dr. Strange, on the other hand, is steeped in... Well, strangeness. Other realities, Hell dimensions, demons, gods, star beings, sentient avatars of abstract concepts, etc. There are a number of things his stories can give us that won't feel like something we've already seen. The places he can go don't even follow the same laws of physics as our reality does. There is just so much more room for creativity and I am very interested to see what the writers and effects artists come up with.
Doctor Strange 2

Don't try and come at me when you obviously don't know anything
@thanos_thebadas: Dumbass I had not even signed in or posted until now lmao, the fact that you are pressed enough to double reply shows it, get a life.
Also that wasn't controlling air you stupid kid, Doctor Strange used some form of telekintetics/energy wave to move all of the dust and particles away, that's not controlling air. Lol imagine being blind and then finding that scene significant enough to remember over all of Strange's actual and better feats. Stfu

He still conjured a gust of wind. Look it up.

Wasn't wind. Get your eyes checked, boy. You clearly see the glow of energy that repels the dust, his hands even glow. Going by your stupid logic, Scarlet Witch controls air too.

Are you dumb? They both control energy. There is nothing to look up.
