I mean even you say he's an average character but how many "average" characters are being considered to replace some of the great heroes in the MCU or DCEU. Anyone want Jean Paul Valley to replace Bruce Wayne as Batman? Nope, so why replace Peter when we just got him into the MCU, with a successful movie no less?

I don't even mean by then, I mean after Peter has like four or five movies and a ton of different cameos all across the universe. They shouldn't ditch him for awhile, but if Tom ever gets too old and they think about killing him off in Phase 5 or 6, Miles wouldn't be a bad choice to replace him.
