Do you think Hulk Should be physically Stronger than Superman

Strength is Hulks primary ability while it's more balanced between many powers for Superman so id have to say yes

Whether he is though, is debatable. Both are planetary in strength and can amp themselves.

They don't exist in the same world and won't interact so I find it generally irrelevant. On a crossover I'd be fine with Hulk being stronger, since that's his whole deal.

pretty much this. Superman went toe to toe with guys that literally took out the rest of the league as a whole at least on two occasions. whether it's New52, Post-Crisis, or Pre-Crisis; Superman is a walking talking plot device.

Sure, Hulk can be as strong as you want, as long as Hulk still loses to Superman in a fight.

Supes has a much larger set of abilities whilst Hulk's is only Strength, so yea he should be.

What do you mean "should be"? Characters from completely different companies and continuities should have no bearing on how powerful either of them should be.

Personally I think if they fought, Hulk's increasing power has to play a role. I imagine Superman's "base" strength so to speak would be more powerful than the average Hulk, but as the battle wages on, and Hulk becomes infuriated, he will grow to eclipse Superman and eventually reach the tier of Doomsday.

Hulk should be stronger, but Superman should still be able to hold his own.

As a character designed based purely on unlimited super strength, he should be. If you had absolutely no prior knowledge of the characters, going by just basic looks alone, one will always assume Hulk is stronger cuz he is designed to be one of the physically strongest in the universe. Whether he is or not depends on the writers of course.
