No. He 's an average CW actor. The man wouldn't be able to carry a movie/non-network TV show at all. To be fair though, he could handle being on an Mtv show.

You know the one thing I will say in defense of ALTA is that Dev Patel was not that bad as Zuko (unless he was and I am repressing the memory)

I actually think he would be ok. Zuko's personality sort of resembles what Grant has had to do in Flash. It's not like I am expecting much from an avatar Live action either way lol.

If you saw the movie and honestly think Tilda Swinton did not do a good job playing the Ancient One, that's fine, but if you don't like her casting exclusively because she's white, then you are nothing but a whiny SJW. Same goes for any "white washing" controversy (Jake Gylennhal in Prince of Persia, Scarlett Johannson in Ghost in the Shell, etc).

And it goes the other way too; for example, all the people who were against Micheal B. Jordan being Human Torch because he is black are just as bad. Ironically, his casting was the only casting in that entire movie that I think was a good decision.
