No. I'd say Zamasu is a better villain and the best so far in Super. Right now Black is still an enigma, so depending upon his payoff I don't know.

Zamasu is one of the better ones but thats not saying much. Black is an ok antagonist but we don't know much about him.

Other than Frieza and Cell none of the DB villains are that good.

Overall for most terrifying villain still Frieza for me.

Nope. Both Cell and Frieza are superior antagonists. DBZ doesn't have any compelling villains anyway, except for maybe Frieza.

He is certainly on the positive side. I find zamasu much better than him though. There is a lot of potential with black, but so far he has been pretty generic, while mysterious.

Nope,he's not the best villan though that doesn't mean he's bad.Still he lacks depth and his motivations and reasons haven't been explored quite as much as Zamasau,who's a better version of Black really.

Goku black is in my top three but Frieza will ALWAYS be DBZ's number one villian

I liked black at first. He was a worthy opponent of SSJB Goku AND Vegeta AND Trunks, now he just gets babysat by zamasu and it's not really idk I just don't like it anymore. Now they're all I'd argue about as strong as black but because zamasu is immortal they could honestly (if the writers wanted to make it garbage lol) they could just have black and zamasu keep fighting them and keep making them time travel back and forth until they eventually mess up and die, and I feel like that's the direction it's headed but it's not. It's pretty boring now I guess is what I'm trying to say.

Edit: I just remembered now especially that they've fused what exactly are they supposed to do????? LOL Beerus and whis were talking about doing something so maybe in this next episode they'll step in but at this point I'm not exactly sure what's gonna happen but I'm sure goku and vegeta are about to get beat up real bad.

Calling for a vote over how cool a villain is when we likely aren't even halfway through with their arc is pretty ridiculous. It's like asking if Buu is the coolest DB villain before he goes full evil, or if Cell was the coolest villain before he absorbed the androids.

It's clear that this fused god version of Zamasu is the main villain of this arc, along the lines of Perfect Cell, so let's see how people feel about him once the storyline has reached its conclusion.

@rukelnikovftw: I'm talking motives with reasoning behind them. Frieza had a motive, but he had no reasoning behind anything, other than training to get revenge on Goku. Cell's only motive was to absorb 17, and 18, and you could argue that he was programmed to do that because he's an android. Buu Was just destined for destruction. Zamasu's motive might suck, but it's a better than the rest.
