Do you think Frank Grillo would've been a better Punisher than Jon Bernthal?

I think they are both great in the roles they got cast for, tbh. I'd love to see how MCU Castle vs MCU Rumlow would go down in-universe tbh.

Hah. I just watched both last Purges recently and that was the exact thought I had. He has the looks and he's Italian. Still a bit short if you ask me, but Bernthal has the same problem. Don't want to dis Jon, he's doing an interesting take (though I have my concerns with direction after the last trailer), but for a more classic and straightforward Punisher, Grillo could be the best choice.

It's harder now for me to choose. That rooftop debate, infiltration of the Russians and the graveyard scene... Man I can't picture anyone better.

Yeah. Bernthal isn't bad but I would've loved to see Grillo as Punisher. He was completely wasted as Crossbones.

Not sure if he would be better but he would definitely be good. And I think Jon Hamm would also make good Punisher
