Not if Phoenix's Joker is considered DC film villain.

I can’t see him topping Phoenix Joker, Bane and Ozymandias tbh.

I’m not overtly familiar with Dano's work. So maybe🤷‍♂️ Wouldn’t be the first time watching a breakout villain performance in a Batman movie
