Do you believe speed steal is Flashes best ability?

I’ve notice that most people don’t seem to have a way around speed steal so why doesn’t he use it more often as that would result in him K.O most of his foes also why doesn’t he use it on captain cold who he can’t get close to.

Well the speed steal is an ability that just a few know, and even then they aren’t highly skilled with it. Wally West being the most proficient (before DC ruined him for a 2nd time in 10 years), Walter West, Jay Garrick, Savitar, and New 52 Wally West. It should be noted that none of the others have come close to utilizing the ability in the way Wally has. As for his best ability it’s his super speed/time traveling by far.
