A day later a host of woman confess they did it . A day later a number of armed robberies take place all perpetrated by prostitutes who turn themselves in en masse. A day after that a hologram silhouette broadcasts in downtown Gotham at 11:00 am. The silohouette is of a woman. Her two story silhouette speaks over a hidden PA that she is the new Kingpin in gotham. she is the Invisible Woman.

Thanks. I kinda figured Invisible Woman would be started by Sue Storm a power broker/union of sorts but involve any woman interested. And they would make grand gestures to draw attention from society to the issues they wanted focused on. Sue is the linch pin but no one actually knows who she is or what she looks like, but nothing is authorized without her anonymous consent.
