Deadliest Assassins in Superhero Comics Popularity Tournament!

In the spirit of my Captain America Rogues Popularity Tournament, with all credit to @infantfinite128 for suggesting this, I'd like to present...The Deadliest Assassins in Superhero Comics Popularity Tournament!

The characters selected for this tournament are heroes, anti-heroes, and villains who are known for their reputation and skill in the arts of assassination; from government black-ops agents, to mercenaries, to contract killers and bounty hunters.

Note: This tournament is only for individual assassins from superhero comics, so entire organizations like the League of Assassins or the Talons will not be included. Also, characters who may have assassin backgrounds but are better known as general superheroes (e.g. Wolverine, X-23, Cassandra Cain) or supervillains (e.g. Bane, Ra's al Ghul) are not included in this tournament either.

Rules are simple: Vote for the assassin that you like more! First to ten votes wins the round! With that said...
