DCEU Wonder Woman's amazing feat that no one noticed (BvS)

Most of us like to think that compared to kryptonians, WW is pretty much just a very fast street leveler.... Most of us think Superman wasn't bracing when WW headbutted him, or maybe that's just a PIS.

Did you notice this though?

Doomsday punched WW, she was knocked back far away....

BUT, Doomsday was also pushed back a little bit!

In my opinion, this is easily one of her best strength feat, and an undeniable one at that.

Well, most people put her strength at 20 tons or so, but looking at this, it's obviously higher than that.

Tbf, even Superman struggled to push back a braced Doomsday. Granted, he was probably still weakened, but that was pre nuke Doomsday as well.

Its at least a decent durability feat. Its getting thrown at ~400 m/s in like 1.5 meters which is ~350 tons and its definitely not a shield only feat.

Umm, where did you get Doomsday weighting more than 20 tons?

It's nice but not groundbreaking.

Diana is very underrated in the battle forums due to JL which nerfed her to hell in her fight scenes. Whenever I comment on any fight scenes with her I always mention the different outcomes with BvS Diana and JL Diana.

You put JL fights and BvS fights next to each other and it's sad because Diana should have soloed Steppenwolf given where his power levels stood.

She was supposed to be like Faora but we got God knows what.

Considering that cruise missiles and capitol explosions didn't move a base BVS Superman an inch, who Doomsday is way stronger then, this is still impressive

I think your interpretation may be correct.

But I do agree with Diana being morals on the whole fight.

Wonder Woman always seemed stronger than normal Kryptonians based on that sword block, having a better short bullrush than pre-JL Superman makes sense.

Yet he flat out overpowered a fully powered Superman's bullrush in a similar manner, completely negating the momentum of said bullrush and sending Superman flying backwards at FTS speeds.. and given that a much weaker Superman managed to bust a machine capable of easily tanking reentry impacts back in man of steel makes it even more impressive. However, her performance against Steppenwolf kinda-sorta ruins the feat in question.

That actually is one of her best feats due to scaling off of the Superman bullrush

The entirety of the DCEU is underrated

That one strike had more power in it than all the punches in EG put together if not in fact the whole MCU

She did and still does lose to most high-streets worth their salt, so why not?

Based on the gif in this thread, I can't picture characters like 616 Spiderman consistently taking hits like that. Assuming he's what you had in mind for what a high street level character to be. Her weapons can easily slice through characters with nuke level durability too for what it's worth.

I feel like Diana and Clark were portrayed on similar level of strength in BvS. But WW didn't give us anything on that level and JL just forgot that she's supposed to be a power house.
