DCEU Clark flicks the heads of MCU Cap and Luke Cage

So DCEU Clark is bored and he wanted to know these how durable these two weak beings from MCU

So he flicks the heads of MCU Cap and Luke Cage,

Cap should definitely die.

Well, he could hold back to the point that Batman could survive his punch, so I don't think he'd kill them with a flick.

Cap's head explodes and Luke's head gets flicked off. Very casually and effortlessly Clark easily destroyed kryptonian concrete which later on showed to be durable enough to split apart 8 skyscrapers om one strafe without as much as a little crack on it.

Scaling from that the answer is pretty obvious.
