Never said it was, but at least Aquaman is rewatchable.

I'm not that big of a fan of MoS. I find that movie boring as hell and if I watch it now I can only muster the strength to watch the action scenes.

Without giving any spoilers.... the underwater lightning storm has context, breaking Orm's trident has context, and the "using water to hit enemies" feat has context.

Besides the Submarine feat this isn't really that much. Seems so tame compared to people like Superman, Zod, and Doomsday. And dare I say Steppenwolf would still beat him? Expected more but as long as the movie is still good idc

according to the prequel, steppenwolf was destroying likes of king atlan, zeus ares etc. So i dont think aquaman would take him with or without trident. Supes just made it so easy lol :P

@supermanforever: Problem with that is Steppenwolf never looked that strong even before Supes showed up. I mean Ares was toying with WW and didn't take her seriously until it was too late. Steppenwolf was beating them but it wasn't some stomp. He never had the damage output to hurt them really bad. It's hard to take stuff like that seriously when Steppenwolf just was never that impressive.

Like they said Steppenwolf fought Doomsday and that makes no sense because Doomsday would have killed Steppenwolf in seconds. He's still king of the DCEU.

Also he dodged a plasma blast in that fight with the Atlantean soldiers where Vulko and Mera hide.

He also had some really nice skill feats.

He can tho. Arthur just sucks with energy based attacks like Cull but his blunt force durability is good.

No. No he can't, Hulk does to him what he did to Loki.

One can lift a submarine, the other probably wouldnt even be able to lift a building.

It's definitely debatable, particularly if the fight takes place in or near an ocean. Outside of an ocean...ehh i have to see the movie.

Hulk would curb Arthur on land

Arthur can eat some hits. Arthur was tanking hits from a giant sea monster and one from Superman in JL.

With the Submarine feat Arthur is stronger.

And the trident is piercing Hulk for sure.

It seems like in the DCEU that water only increases their speed in combat, not amp durability or anything.

In a set visit report from JoBlo, it was revealed that, in the DC movie universe, Atlanteans are almost equal in power to Superman and, presumably, other Kryptonians as well:

"The Atlanteans have the ability to live underwater and have enhanced physical characteristics, just a notch below Superman in terms of power/invulnerability. However, they can be damaged or killed by their own technology."
