Poll Cyborg: do you consider him an A-List character now? (82 votes)
DC has obviously been pushing Cyborg for a while now, what do you think about him?

@bluehope: who the hell doesn't know Cyborg by now?
A lot of people actually
@oldboy93: are these people Amish or something. All you have to do is turn on a tv. He's in damn near everything nowadays from comics, to video games to cartoons etc

Ask your parents, siblings, boyfriend/girlfriend who cyborg is.
They will surely know about: Superman,Batman ,Spiderman, Wonder Woman, Hulk,Captain America,Flash,Aquaman etc
@bluehope: pretty much everyone I know knows who he is because of Teen Titans or various games.
No. There are other non-A-list characters like Nightwing and Batgirl that are more popular than him. Despite DC clumsily tossing him in the JL and (finally) giving him a solo book, he's solidly in the 3rd tier. I don't even think the JL movie will have much of an effect on his popularity.

Agreed
No, Cyborg will most probably never be the face of anything except for his own comic-book if you mean it in that sense. But that's okay, Cyborg's character isn't meant to be the most loved character out there, only specific people will take a liking to him, but that's not a bad thing. Cyborg doesn't fit the stereotypical mold for an A-Lister, Cyborg is Cyborg, the quirky yet tough tech genius, DC shouldn't change their characters, we've seen Marvel do that with ANAD and it isn't going well for them.
I wish they'd stop pushing him.
And also remove him from the JL,the Titans need him...
I love him (or more accurately his animated self) but no. Still don't believe he should've been on the Justice League at all. Heck, even his joining the team in New 52 felt shoehorned. He was only inducted because they needed him for that first storyline as a MacGuffin.
^THIS
Also, as much as I like Cyborg, and think he has potential, his dynamic is much better with the Titans. Additionally, his JL suit is not only too generic, it's aesthetically displeasing! They should have gone classic (i.e. pre-52), or at least made him a little bulkier.
Honestly he looks like something Megatron shit out ??
LMAO
