Cyborg Respect Thread - (Feats Compilation)
Biography:
After seeing his mother die and having a large amount of his body burned in a house explosion, Silas Stone took it upon himself to put his son Victor back together so he can function like any human would, in order to do this Silas turned him into a Cyborg with the ability to access many technology features within the city. Victor trained in the hopes to some day become a part of the Justice League, having met some of the group himself. However, when his old friend "The Chief" goes missing he travels to the Doom Patrol Mansion in order to assist them in finding this man.
