CW Green Arrow replaces CW Flash. How far does he make it?

Barry never wakes up from his coma and Oliver, along with all his support team and contacts set themselves up in Central City. All the metas that commit crimes in The Flash do here and Oliver has to stop them. How far does he make it?

Does Oliver get the STAR Labs crew as well?

If not, he'd get stomped by the Mist and Thawne. He'd lose the first episode against the first Weather Wizard. An argument can be made for Snart beating him. Girder might be able to beat him, but I think Oliver could win as well. A fight with Marc Mardon initially could go either way, but I'd probably back Oliver. Grodd should beat him. He probably loses against Plastique. Multiplex could beat him. Pied Piper could beat him. That's without going into Season 2 of The Flash, off the top of my head. Any instances where Barry saved people from bullets using his super speed, Oliver fails.

That's all I can think of for now.

He beats Weather Wizard, who could stop his arrows with wind/debris and promptly kill him?

Maybe, just maybe, gets kills Weather Wizard and Multiplex with a lucky arrow. But The Mist kills him in one outing.

@webinyoureye11: Fair point. At the very least it would take him much longer to track them down. But with interrogation skills like his, I don't think it's impossible for Oliver to catch him.

Loses basically every episode (badly), beats the ones where jobbing was reaching new heights.

He dies a horrible death many times over. I know Oliver's the ultimate badass, but he's out of his league completely. He maybe clears 1/2, but doesn't have any shot whatsoever at Episode 3 or most episodes after that.

Weather Wizard can be easily be beat by anyone who's willing to use stealth.

He doesn't make past episode one. Most of The Flash villains are waaaay out of Oliver's league. It kind of reminds me how anytime Barry is on Arrow, he makes Oliver's villains look like child's play. How he effortless broke into the League of Assassins hide out and subdued a number of their members in seconds, when Darhk was moments away from killing Oliver, only for Barry to zip in and save him faster than Darhk could comprehend, or when he swooped in and saved Oliver and Dig from being shot by Vigilante. Anytime Barry is on that show, the difference in power is very apparent.

Oliver dies over and over again, unless Felicity+Cisco prep can work even greater miracles.
