Current Comic Scarlet Witch runs a gauntlet

This is the Scarlet Witch from the Darkhold: Omega comic who is now the Goddess of Chaos via absorbing and taking full power and control of Chthon and the Darkhold.

With a fraction of Chthon's powers, Wanda was able to cause the House of M event which wiped out 98% of all mutants across Marvel's vast multiverse simply by saying "No More Mutants". This can be theoretically debated to be a high multiversal-low omniversal feat of influence/power for reference.

Now that she has absorbed ALL of Chthon and has mastered the Darkhold, who along the line can she beat, not beat, and tie up with (if my order is actually pretty accurate then basically where does she stop when it comes to strength level).

I'm not entirely sure if the list is accurately in order, but I think I did ok with my limited knowledge. If not then just go through and tell me who you think she beats and who she doesn't. I believe she either barely beats or stalemates The Unkindness Raven who I believe is just barely below the true concept of Oblivion itself...who Marvel's Beyonder at full power is above most likely. So there.

Also it was stated that Chaos Magic is “The first. The earliest primordial glint of cosmic understanding and happenstance.” This is also confusing because magic, in Marvel comics, originated from the fifth cosmos, and if Chaos Magic is the “earliest primordial glint of cosmic understanding and happenstance,” that would mean that Chaos Magic predates the fifth cosmos or even predating the first cosmos.

-Wanda says Chthon is weakened due to the Defiled whooping his army (his creations, which he put a bit of himself into)

-Wanda tells Victor to unify his spells with hers during the fight

-Defiled Wasp says both Wanda and Victor are tied to the Darkhold, giving them such power that she feels small

-Victor is literally seen helping Wanda block Chthon's energy discharge

Wanda can't destroyed chthon because he's undestructable, the point is she's absorbing chthon and his powers are now hers, which means she has no limit to channeling the chaos magic. and we know current chaos magic is something else

The Gauntlet Order is wrong, she stops at unkindness raven regardless tho (with me removing The Presence from the order before unkindness, The Presence should not be that low).

Needing Doom's help means nothing even though her mind would collapse without said help?

It would only be base Wanda if she didn't wield the Darkhold against Chthon, which she very explicitly did.

@aystarr: Well the only reason I put Presence so low is that he stated that has a creator. Not sure if that was him being retconned or not but yeah. And I believe the writer of a certain comic claimed that Raven in that Unkindness state was above Perpetua and Hecate and those 2 apparently predate and are beyond creation and the creator. God Emporer Doom is kinda iffy but a few Beyonders wiped out all the Celestials, Infinity, Eternity, and Living Tribunal making them mid-high multiversal. Doom absorbed the power of ALL of them. The Beyonder is basically infinite in power and if he really does scale above all of Marvel excluding TOAA then he should be around or slightly greater than Oblivion who is the nothingness that all things come from and go back to when destroyed. His true form should be able to instantly erase the reader from existence (which makes sense to me).

At the end of the day, fiction can't make perfect sense so scaling does not have a clear-cut right answer, so yeah. We can only get a consensus based on feats, statements of characters, statements of writers, implications, and what little common sense there is in things like Marvel and DC.
