Couldn't Batman from "The Dark Knight Rises" be able to stop the Indoraptor if he were to do so?

Since this Batman from the film titled, "The Dark Knight Rises" can fight on par with Bane who punched through a concrete pillar, couldn't he be able to stop the Indoraptor if he wants/tries to do so?

This is the Batman that got taken down by dogs. Indoraptor would eviscerate him. Shoot, normal velociraptors from Jurassic Park would be a huge threat.
