I'd say yes. The guy has tanked some crazy stuff in his day and came out none the worse. Large rocks to the chest, the likes of which killed jet, being flung through buildings, being blasted through rocks, explosions.

Zuko is probably one of, if not the most durable person in the verse. Tanks it better than a weakened Korra lol.

Eh, maybe. Zuko and Korra are about even in durability so probably yeah. Add to the fact that Kuvira was toying with her and he should be able to deal with attacks from a non serious Kuvira.
