Yeah, I think pretty much everything ends up the same. The only way things might change is if he beats Black Widow in The Avengers and Civil War.

Oh, and he clears all 3 seasons of Daredevil without even breaking a sweat.

He's more useful than Cap and steals his position, demoting Cap to Hawkeye and Black Widow level in which those two fight to decide who's more useless again.

He'd more useful than half of the avengers. Better tactician than Cap, more firepower than Widow and Hawkeye. And if his resources stack, more money than Stark. Avengers, Loki wouldn't mind control him and even if he did, he could just compromise himself. AoU, he could clear Striker's base on his own and grab the scepter before hiding it from everyone. He would handily win the Civil War, especially with prep and the team he'll have. Hell he could even solo. IW, he would single handedly mow down the outriders with ease, not sure how he would prep for Thanos though.

He can clear A1 even though he won't be nearly as effective in the Battle of New York. If he survives the Battle of Sokovia, he definitely can't do anything in Civil War. It's debatable wether or not he can prep to rescue Wanda from Vision, but he wouldn't perform nearly as well in Germany. He can't help against Iron Man and Panther would walk all over him 1 on 1. If Widow is serious, she'd incapacitate him too (but the outcome will be the same if she plays it friendly like with Clint). But none of that might matter in the long run, so let's just say he makes it to Endgame... no way he's surviving that honestly. He can clear the rogue Ronin scenes, but I can't picture him escaping the ruins of the New Avengers facility in a tight, long hallway with a bunch of Outriders chasing him...

They fail on Vormir because Batman would be too guarded to love Natasha, no one is resurrected.
